AttraqtOne started with a simple observation from years inside enterprise automation: the operational leverage AI creates flows, by default, to whoever already has the most. Enterprises get the innovation budgets, the consultants, the transformation programmes. The twenty-person firm where the owner still answers the phone gets a chatbot subscription.
We think that's exactly backwards. The businesses that run on someone's evenings — the intake typed in after dinner, the invoices chased on weekends — are the ones automation was supposed to help. So we built a consultancy that delivers enterprise-grade automation at every scale: the same audit rigor, the same production engineering, the same security discipline, scoped to what a ten-person firm can afford and an enterprise can trust.

Built by an operator, not a reseller.
AttraqtOne was founded in Melbourne by Hafeez Syed, a senior engineering leader with 15+ years architecting high-scale platforms for millions of users. We've spent that time inside the engine rooms of enterprise Australia — leading the frontend platform work behind Origin Energy's systems serving 4+ million customers, pioneering micro-frontend architecture at Myer, and running the technical roadmap for a gaming platform handling millions of daily transactions across six brands.
The numbers we care about come from that work: Core Web Vitals improved 25% by decomposing a legacy monolith, development time cut 30% and deployments 40% through platform re-architecture, and engineering standards that held across distributed teams. We've also led client-facing consulting engagements across sectors — requirements workshops, solution design, iterative delivery inside complex client environments.
Today we build agentic AI systems the same way: AttraqtOne's own platform runs on Claude-powered agent systems, MCP servers and multi-tenant SaaS architecture we designed ourselves, and we've established AI-driven engineering workflows — with human-in-the-loop oversight — inside enterprise teams.
