Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026 · Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of attraqtone.ai and any engagement with AttraqtOne.AI ("AttraqtOne", "we", "us"), Melbourne, Australia. By using the site or engaging our services you agree to them. Specific engagements are governed by a signed statement of work, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

2. Our services

We provide consulting, automation, AI agent, integration, development and related services as described in each statement of work. Deliverables, timelines and fees are fixed per engagement — we quote after the audit, not before.

3. Your responsibilities

You warrant that you have the right to grant us access to the systems and data needed for an engagement, and that your use of our deliverables complies with the laws applicable to your business, including data protection and industry-specific regulation.

4. Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables we build for you: workflows, agents, code, documentation and credentials. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, which you receive a perpetual licence to use within the deliverables.

5. Confidentiality & NDA

We work under NDA by default. Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This survives the end of any engagement.

6. AI-specific terms

AI systems are probabilistic. We design with guardrails, human escalation and monitoring, but do not warrant that any AI output will be error-free. Deliverables include documented limitations and an escalation path; you are responsible for keeping a human in the loop where we specify one.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement at a step boundary (audit, design, build, prove, run) with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for work completed to the date of termination and receive everything produced up to that point.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
