Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026 · GDPR & Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

1. Who we are

AttraqtOne.AI ("AttraqtOne", "we", "us") is an AI automation consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact: hello@attraqtone.ai.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, company details (name, website, size, revenue range, project budget) and anything you write in our contact form or emails.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and referral source, via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we collect it (and our legal bases)

To respond to your enquiry and provide our services (legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps prior to entering one). To send the newsletter you subscribed to (legal basis: consent — withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link). To improve the website and keep it secure (legal basis: legitimate interests).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client engagement records: 7 years, as required by Australian tax and business law. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers necessary to operate: hosting, email delivery, scheduling and CRM tools — each bound by data-processing agreements. Some providers may process data outside Australia or the EEA; where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights (GDPR & Australian Privacy Act)

You can request: access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any right, email hello@attraqtone.ai — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (in Australia, the OAIC; in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority).

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege, and client systems are built inside the client’s own infrastructure wherever possible — the same standard we apply to our own.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be flagged to newsletter subscribers by email.
