FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Everything people ask on the first call. If yours isn't here, the call is thirty minutes and we answer anything.

Working with us

We're not technical. Is that a problem?+

No. Most of our clients aren't. We do the engineering; you tell us how the business actually works. The audit is conducted in plain language, and everything we hand over comes with training for your team.

How is this different from buying an AI tool?+

Tools automate a task; we automate your operation. A subscription doesn't map your processes, connect your systems, handle your exceptions or train your people. We do — and what we build, you own.

What does an engagement cost?+

It depends on scope, which is exactly what the audit establishes. Every roadmap we deliver shows the projected return next to the price, so you approve work knowing the math. No audit, no quote — we don't guess.

How long until something is live?+

Six weeks is the typical path from the start of the audit to the first automation running in production. The audit takes two weeks, design two more, and you see a working demo every Friday from week five — then the Prove step measures it against your numbers before it scales.

How big is the team we'd work with?+

Small and senior. The people in your kickoff are the people who ship your systems — no juniors learning on your invoice, no handoffs to a delivery team you've never met.

Delivery, data & security

Do we need to replace our existing tools?+

No — the opposite. We build on what you already own: your CRM, your ERP, your inboxes, your spreadsheets. Automation that requires ripping out your stack first is a red flag, not a roadmap.

Which AI models and platforms do you use?+

We're model-agnostic: Claude, OpenAI and others, chosen per task, alongside orchestration tools like n8n and Make where they fit. Recommendations are driven by your requirements and your data constraints, not by our partnerships.

How do you handle our data and security?+

Everything runs inside your infrastructure and your accounts wherever possible. We work under NDA by default, document every data flow, and design agents with least-privilege access and human escalation built in.

What happens when the automation makes a mistake?+

It's designed for that day one: every action is logged, reversible where possible, and anything uncertain escalates to a named human instead of guessing. Monitoring catches drift before your customers do.

What happens when the engagement ends?+

You keep everything: the systems, the documentation, the credentials, the trained team. Ongoing monitoring and support are available, but they're optional — independence is the deliverable.
